The leadership does not take responsibility and that is clear, the leadership in corporations, the elected leaders of government, and the informal leadrs other major institutions. It is no wonder why average people don’t take responsibility to govern their own actions. It is easier to delege all responsibility and blame to others.
Many years ago, I picked up someone that was lost in a blizzard in the middle of Bear Mountain St Park .He was walking and freezing for most of the day and he was in sad shape. Major roads can be found by Walking East or West. Unfortunately the park is about 15 miles north south. The guy had been walking north south for hours. That is the danger of not knowing where you are.
Most people now are walking the wrong direction.. They have no reference points. They are asking me questions about what to buy and where to move.
This crisis is not really about finance, and it is not a local crisis.. It is a global structural crisis.. it is also a crisis of culture.
By listening to what I have been saying, understand it or not, you should be able to figure out where you are. By looking into the invisible, what is not so obvious and what is not so magical, fantastic, or delusional. By looking into past disasters you should be able to get an idea by other empires that moved from peace to war, and societies that have from enlightenment to dark ages.
Law is breaking down, money is breaking down, communication is breaking down, technology is not able to reach previous points of apex, and human capital is becoming worth less and less..
You are in a time of cultural breakdown.. and a breakdown of context. I have many videos posted on http://www.wepollock com that talk about cultural context, they talk about what to look at, and what to focus on.
Figure out where you are and take responsibility for it, there will be no place to hide. My suggestion is to stop complaining, stop looking for saviors, stop looking for simple solutions, stop supporting all those who have been doing you harm starting with your own behavior and action.
